We're looking at a 21 foot older class C motorhome...great shape, fair price.  Who knows?

She lives in TEXAS, I can't imagine there isn't a big flat nothing somewhere close by.

The more I think about it, the more  I'm thinking I'll drive.  I can pickup Jen-nay and, now that I have the trailer, I can put the back seat back in my Jeep so I can also pickup Col.  Could be a good trip.

Here's the motorhome we're thinking of getting...inexpensive and in top shape.

Does it have four wheel drive? It looks to be in good shape, nice a clean.

Four wheel drive is why I like cab-overs on pickup trucks. You can go where most fear to venture.

Keeps the riff-raff and most law enforcement officials away from my camp site.

After I set up camp I usually turn to Kezzie and with a sly smile say, "You can scream if you want to, no one is going to hear ya".  ;-)

It has duallies on the back, but no 4WD...never had much of a problem getting off the beaten track in the past in anything we were in...

if I find I want to go deeper off into the somewhere I could get what we used to have and strap it to the back of the MH...

A lot of folks drive their MH to AZ and 1) die 2) buy a house.

difficult to find one this small...takes up a normal parking space...

"You can go where most fear to venture" is why I am never getting rid of my Jeep.

I would be right behind ya on that kind of ground with my camper on deck.

I like to be able to sleep in the same compartment in which I drive...lock the door, leave the keys in the ignition...take off at a moments notice...also no need to go outside if raining, etc...

As for the 'landing a plane' comment, no. We are in the pretty part of Texas- the part that's all hilly and covered with trees. Tyler Pounds Field Airport is only 15 minutes away, tho :)

Campers of all sizes welcome...the vehicles, too ;)
